A Study on the Development History of Kunming Cigarette Factory

Following the main time line of “late Qing Dynasty-early Republic of China - early period of New China - the period after the reform and opening up - the new era”, this paper introduces the development history of Kunming Cigarette Factory from 1922 to the present time. This paper describes in detail the major brands and products produced with the development of Kunming Cigarette Factory, as well as the factors that promote the production of these products, the historical background and their role and significance in promoting Kunming Cigarette Factory. At the same time, this paper focuses on the facts of the initial establishment of Kunming Cigarette Factory, the efforts of people from all sectors, the formation of the corporate spirit and its different appearances in different historical stages, summarizing the achievements and shortcomings of Kunming Cigarette Factory in four historical stages (the late Qing Dynasty, the early Republic of China, the early period of New China, the period after the reform and opening up, and the new era).
