학문 목적 학습자를 위한 통합적 접근의 한국어 쓰기 교육 모형 개발 연구

Study on Developing Model of Korean Writing Education Based on Integrated Approach for Academic Purposes

학문 목적 한국어 학습자들은 높은 수준의 쓰기 능력을 요구받지만, 쓰기는 가장 습득하기 어려운 능력 중에 하나이다. 한국어 교육에서 쓰기 교육에 대한 두 가지 접근이 있는데, 과정 중심 쓰기와 장르 중심 쓰기이다. 각 접근법은 장점이 있는데, 먼저 과정 중심 쓰기는 결과물 뿐만 아니라 쓰기 과정에서의 인지적 전략에도 관심을 갖는다. 한편 장르 중심 쓰기는 필자, 텍스트뿐만이 아니라 독자에도 관심을 가지면 서 쓰기 맥락을 고려하게 되었다는 점이 긍정적인 점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 높은 수준의 쓰기 능력을 요구 받는 학문 목적 학습자들을 위 하여 두 접근법의 장점을 취한 한국어 쓰기 교육 모형을 개발하여 제 시하는 것이다. 이를 통해 학문 목적 학습자의 쓰기 능력 신장에 기여 하는 데 본고의 궁극적인 목적이 있다.

Learners require an advanced level of writing skills for academic purposes, writing is the most difficult language skills. In Korean education, there are two main approaches of writing education: process-centered and genre-centered. Each approach has its advantages. The process centered approach focuses on the product as well as the cognitive strategies used throughout the process of writing. The genre-centered approach puts emphasis on the reader, writer, and the text. The aim of this study is to integrate the two approaches and develop a model for Korean writing education using an integrated approach, to improve students’ writing ability.
