Development of Training Model for Korean language teacher of grader

한국어 교사의 채점자 훈련 모형 개발

본 연구는 한국어 쓰기 평가에서 채점 시 나타나는 여러 양상들을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 채점 신뢰도를 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 그동안 한국어교육에서 실증적인 채점자 신뢰도와 관련된 연구가 미비했는데, 채점 표본을 통해 채점자들의 채점 활동을 비교하여 보고, 채점자 간 신뢰도에 대한 문제점을 확인하였다. 그 해결 방안으로 한국어교육 현장에 적합한 채점자 훈련 모형을 제시하였다. 그러나 채점자 훈련을 진행시키지 못하고 단순히 모형만 제시한 것이 본 연구의 한계점이라고 볼 수 있겠다. 한국어 쓰기 평가의 채점 기준표를 통해 실제로 채점자 훈련을 진행하여 보고, 채점자 신뢰도 향상에 있어 채점자 훈련이 얼마만큼의 효과가 있는지에 대한 후속 연구를 통해서 밝힐 것이다.

In this study, the Korean writing assessment score that appears when you look at different aspects, based on this, to increase the reliability of scoring is intended to find ways. In the meantime, Korean education empirical research related to the lack of grader reliability, scoring a sample of the graders to compare the grading activities, the problems of inter-grader reliability was confirmed. Solution of the Korean writing assessment scoring standard to present, suitable for Korean education field was propose the model of grader training. In future by virtue of Korean writing assessment scoring standard, grader training progress in field and grader reliability is to improve grader training for sure how much of the effect will continue in subsequent studie.
