창의성 즉석 과제 수행이 초등 발명영재의 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Creative Instant Challenge Activities on the Inventively Gifted Elementary School Students’ Creative Personality

이 연구는 창의성 즉석 과제 수행이 초등 발명영재의 창의적 인성에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 구명보고, 나아가 창의적 인성의 각 하위 영역들에는 어떤 효과가 있는지 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 B시 N영재교육원 소속의 초등 발명영재 5학년 20명을 대상으로 사전 창의적 인성 검사를 실시한 후 6차시에 걸쳐 창의성 즉석 과제를 수행하게 하고, 사후 창의적 인성 검사를 실시하였다. 창의성 즉석 과제가 초등 발명영재의 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 유의수준 p<.05로 t-검정을 실시하였다. 창의성 즉석 과제 수행이 초등 발명영재의 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과를 검증한 연구 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 창의성 즉석 과제 수행은 초등 발명영재의 창의적 인성에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창의성 즉석 과제 수행은 초등 발명영재에게 창의적 인성의 하위영역 중에서 상상력과 모험심 영역에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 초등 발명영재 학생들에게 창의성 즉석 과제를 수행하게 하는 것은 창의적 인성 계발에 도움이 되며, 특히 상상력과 모험심을 함양하는 데 효과적이라는 사실을 구명할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Creative Instant Challenge Activities(CICA) on inventively gifted elementary school students’ creative attitude. To achieve these purposes, this study used a conducted creative attitude scale as a pretest, targeting 20 inventively gifted elementary school students who were 5th graders, and belonged to the N education center for gifted students in B City. The test allowed the students to perform CICA composed of 6 units, and used a creative attitude scale as a posttest. To investigate the effects of CICA on inventively gifted elementary school students’creative attitude, this study performed a t-test at significant level p<.05. The results of the study were as follows;Firstly, CICA had a statistically significant effect on inventively gifted elementary school students’ creative attitude. Secondly, CICA had a significant effect on the imagination and sense of adventure among the sub-areas of inventively gifted elementary school students’ creative attitude. In the light of these results, CICA are effective on inventively gifted elementary school students’ creative attitude, and they have significant effects on the imagination and sense of adventure among the sub-areas of creative attitude.
