This study analyzed commercial districts with the aim of seeking implications through changes in domestic chicken franchises and consumer development trends analysis, and the results are as follows. First, as the app usage rate of chicken delivery companies reached 95%, the annual delivery sales share of delivery app merchants increased by an average of 5.04 million won, while annual delivery sales of restaurants that do not use delivery apps fell by an average of 17.88 million won. Second, the development of the chicken franchise is the fact that the customer needs that consider the needs of founders and healthy pocket conditions have been raised to the franchise market by various menu development and change management based on trends. Third, the reason for the evolution of chicken franchises and the expansion of consumption is the diversity of consumer tastes and the continuous development of new menus through collaboration between products of each chain brand. This result is because the market pie continued to grow as the number of single-person households increased and delivery apps became active, helping management by providing delivery distribution networks conveniently and safely as delivery agencies in delivery apps.
