공유 리더십이 호텔 직원의 조직 감정에 미치는 영향관계 연구: 직무 열의의 매개효과

A Study on the Impact of Shared Leadership on Organizational Emotions of Hotel Employees; The Mediating Effect of Job Engagement

In the absence of various studies on organizational emotion, which acts as a direct factor for the efficient performance of organizational members in the hotel industry, the relationship between shared leadership, job engagement, and organizational emotion was empirically analyzed and verified, and the indirect effect with job engagement as a mediator was also verified. The sample of this study was 242 valid samples of employees of a five-star hotel located in Seoul, which were surveyed online. The final statistical analysis data was used. The results of this study are as follows:First, shared leadership in hotel organizations was found to have a significant positive effect on both job engagement and organizational emotion of organization members. Second, job engagement of organization members in hotel organizations was found to have a significant positive effect on organizational emotion. Third, the mediating effect of job engagement in the relationship between shared leadership and organizational emotion in hotel organizations was confirmed, and the statistical significance of the mediating effect was verified using the Sobel Test.
