The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the laws of the countries that allow the casino operation of cruise ships while cruise ships are berthed in the designated port and to propose a policy of allowing them to operate casino on a cruise ships in designated ports. This study analyzed the background, purpose, and legal system of the laws of Bahamas, Barbados, and Bermuda, which enforces on - board casino policies at designated ports in their own countries.
