This study is investigated the impact of job stress and job turnover intention according to work-life imbalances of coastal bakery cafe employees in Busan. In addition, the results of verifying the moderating effect according to employment type through hypothesis and empirical analysis are as follows. First, it was adopted by showing a significant positive (+) effect on both work-life imbalance and job stress. Second, it was adopted by showing a significant positive (+) effect on job stress and turnover intention. Third, the work-life imbalance of coastal bakery cafe employees partially showed a moderating effect on job stress and job turnover intention. As a result of the above verification, the following implications were derived. It is presumed that the locational distance of the coast and late working hours and concentrated customer service work provide a lot of stress. Therefore, it is necessary to provide sustainable services by suggesting improvement measures that can provide sufficient compensation and satisfaction to employees through flexible work schedules and time management. In addition, it is considered necessary to increase the sense of belonging and loyalty in work, away from the difference in the role and welfare of the labor contract.
