鄭玄 『箋』의 禮治論 小考

A Study on Politics with Courtesy in zhengxuan’s 『jian』

본 연구의 목적은 東漢 末에 鄭玄(A.D.127∼200)의 『毛詩傳箋(簡稱:鄭箋)』에 나타난 禮治의 의미를 탐구하는 데 있다. 본 논문은 鄭玄의 禮治說을 이해하기 위해 『毛傳』과의 차이점을 비교하고, 『毛傳』에서 『鄭箋』으로의 변천 과정을 ｢毛詩序｣를 통해 분석하였다. 漢代는 유가의 전성기로, 도덕과 禮를 통한 사회적 통합과 안정이 강조되었다. 이 시기 유가는 국가 통치 이념으로 확립되었으며, 특히 禮治의 중요성이 부각되었다. 鄭玄은 이러한 시대적 배경에서 활동한 유학자로, 『詩經』을 비롯한 여러 유가 경전을 주석하였다. 그의 학술 사상은 禮를 통한 도덕적 통치와 사회 질서 유지에 중점을 두었으며, 군주와 백성 간의 도덕적 역할과 책임을 강조하였다. 鄭玄은 禮治說을 통해 국가의 안정과 질서를 추구하였고, 당대의 사회적·정치적 요구를 반영하여 유가 사상을 구체화하였다. 이는 漢代 유학의 발전에 큰 영향을 미치며, 후대의 유가 사상에도 지속적인 영향을 끼쳤다.

The 『MaoShiZhuanJian(毛詩傳箋)』 by Zheng-xuan(鄭玄, A.D.127-200) in the Politics with Courtesy(禮治). In order to understand Zheng-xuan’s Politics with Courtesy of this paper compared the differences from 『MaoZhuan(毛傳)』 to 『ZhengJian(鄭箋)』 and analyzed the transition process from 『MaoZhuan』 through 『MaoShiXu(毛詩序)』. The Han Dynasty was the heyday of Confucianism, and social integration and stability through morality and courtesy were emphasized. Confucianism was established as an ideology of national governance during this period, and the importance of the Politics with Courtesy of Confucianism was particularly emphasized. 『MaoShiZhuanJian』 is a Confucian scholar who was active against this background of the times and notes various Confucian scriptures, including 『ShiJing』. His academic thoughts focused on moral governance and maintenance of social order through courtesy, and emphasized the moral roles and responsibilities between the monarch and the people. 『MaoShiZhuanJian』 pursued national stability and order through the Politics with Courtesy of courtesy, and embodied the Confucianism idea by reflecting the social and political demands of the time. This had a great influence on the development of Confucianism during the Han Dynasty and also had a lasting influence on the Confucianism of the later generations.
