With the proposal of the concept of new liberal arts construction and the in-depth development of digital technology, the administrative management major is facing an urgent need for digital talent training. This paper analyzes the dilemma of digital talent training in administrative management under the background of new liberal arts, including the lag of the curriculum system, the shortage of teachers, and the weakness of practical teaching, discusses the implementation path, and puts forward the countermeasures such as building a digital curriculum system, strengthening the construction of the teaching team, and optimizing the practical teaching system, which aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of digital talents in administrative management.
随着新文科建设理念的提出和数字化技术的深入发展,行政管理专业面临着数字化人才培养的迫切需求。本文通过分析,认为新文科背景下行政管理专业数字化人才培养面临一些困境,包括课程体系滞后、师资力量不足、实践教学薄弱等,有必要从构建数字化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、优化实践教学体系等方面完善行政管理专业数字化人才培养路径,提出,更好为行政管理专业数字化人才培养提供理论支持和实践指导。
