新质公安战斗力背景下的侦查学专业课程内实训教学研究

Research on Practical Training Teaching in the Course of Criminal Investigation Under the Background of New Public Security Combat Capability

New public security combat capability is the requirement of the new era for the public security department. In order to align with the contemporary demands, public security education must undergo enhancements across its faculty, curriculum planning, and practical training aspects. Practical training, in particular, is a crucial teaching approach for developing public security professionals who are well-equipped for contemporary challenges. It’s essential to ensure that “teaching responds to the needs of real-world operations”. This thesis identifies the challenges in the practical training modules of criminal investigation courses and integrates the essential components of the new public security combat capacities. It proposes a strategic approach to enhance the efficacy of information technology-driven investigation training. The focus is on developing a targeted curriculum for criminal investigation talent cultivation, establishing a robust practical training content framework, and utilizing technological advancements and modern police equipment to augment the impact of in-course practical training. The thesis emphasizes the continuous improvement of training content, methodologies, and assessment systems to significantly elevate the caliber of talent produced by public security institutions, accelerate the implementation of the talent-centric police strengthening strategy, forge a new security paradigm, and enhance the new public security combat capabilities.

新质公安战斗力是新时代对公安部门的要求,公安教育要适应时代要求,必须从教师队伍、课程设置、实训教学等各个方面进行提升,以适应时代需求。其中实训教学是全面培养适应时代需要公安人才的重要教学手段,是“实战有所需,教学有所应”的必然要求。通过对侦查学专业课程内实训教学存在的问题分析,结合新质公安战斗力的构成要素,从提高信息化侦查实训教学水平等方面入手,本研究提出以侦查学人才培养目标为导向,着力构建侦查专业课程内实训教学内容体系,利用科技创新成果、现代化科技警用装备提高课程内实训教学效果,并且不断完善实训教学内容、方法和评价体系,积极提升公安院校人才培养水平,加快推进人才强警战略,构建新安全格局,提升新质公安战斗力。
