幼儿园教师工作生活质量现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Kindergarten Teachers’ Work-Life Quality

Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of educational development. Early childhood is a critical period for individual growth and development; kindergarten teachers bear significant educational responsibilities. Work-life quality can stimulate kindergarten teachers’ enthusiasm and commitment to their work, allowing them to have a positive professional experience. A review of the literature reveals that existing studies have explored teachers’ work-life quality, but few have focused on the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ work-life quality. Therefore, investigating the current state of kindergarten teachers’ work-life quality holds important research significance. This study utilized a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of work-life quality among 210 kindergarten teachers. It analyzed the problems existing in their work-life quality and proposed objective and feasible suggestions. To a certain extent, this enriches research in the area of kindergarten teachers’ work-life quality, provides a reference for kindergarten teachers to enhance their own work-life quality, and further promotes exploration in the field of early childhood education.

教师是立教之本、兴教之源。幼儿时期是个体成长和发展的关键期,幼儿教师承担着重要的教育责任。工作生活质量可以激发幼儿教师对工作的热情与投入,使之拥有良好的职业体验。查阅文献发现,已有研究对教师工作生活质量进行探讨,但关注幼儿教师工作生活质量现状的研究较少。因此,探讨幼儿教师的工作生活质量现状有着重要的研究意义。本研究采用问卷调查形式了解到210 位幼儿教师工作生活质量的现状,并探讨幼儿教师工作生活质量存在的问题进行剖析,并提出客观可行的建议,一定程度上丰富了幼儿教师工作生活质量方面的研究,为幼儿教师提升自身工作生活质量提供借鉴,进而促进学前教育领域的进一步探索。
