新质生产力赋能铸牢中华民族共同体意识何以可为?——基于“两种生产”理论的思考

How Can New-quality Productivity Strengthen the Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation? : Reflections Based on the Theory of “Two Kinds of Production”

Since President Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of new quality productivity in September 2023, scholars from various disciplines have conducted extensive research on this topic. As a hot topic widely discussed in academia, strengthening the sense of community for the Chinese nation has also received considerable attention. Whether new quality productivity can empower the consolidation of the sense of community for the Chinese nation is the core issue explored in this study. Given the diverse voices in academia regarding the “two kinds of production” theory, this paper first reexamines the “two kinds of production” theory and explores the theory of new-type productivity from the perspective of the “two kinds of production”. It then concludes that new-type productivity can empower the fostering of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation because the development of new-type productivity and the fostering of such a sense are aligned in direction. New-type productivity is a necessary requirement for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, and the development of new-type productivity can enhance the effectiveness of efforts to do so. Furthermore, developing new quality productivity can enhance the effectiveness of consolidating this sense. Finally, this paper proposes practical paths for new quality productivity to empower the consolidation of the sense of community for the Chinese nation, including facilitating cultural heritage through new-quality productivity, enhancing national self-confidence, aiding in ecological and environmental protection, and promoting exchanges and integration among people of all ethnic groups. Of course, the question of how new quality productivity can strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation can also be studied from other perspectives to put forward more feasible suggestions and reflections.

自习近平总书记于2023 年9 月首次提出“新质生产力”概念以来，学界上下纷纷立足各自学科视角展开了大量研究。作为当前学界广泛探讨的热点话题，铸牢中华民族共同体意识也受到了的高度关注。新质生产力能否赋能铸牢中华民族共同体意识，是本研究探讨的核心问题。鉴于学界对于“两种生产”理论有着不同的声音，本文首先对“两种生产”理论进行了再思考，并对“两种生产”理论视域下的新质生产力理论进行了探索，认为新质生产力之所以可以赋能铸牢中华民族共同体意识，是因为二者具有同向性，新质生产力是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必然要求，通过发展新质生产力可以提升铸牢中华民族共同体意识的工作效果。新质生产力赋能铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现实路径为：通过新质生产力助力文化传承、提升民族自信心、助力生态环境保护、推动各族人民交往交流交融等。
