Wellness is a comprehensive concept that pursues a healthy and happy life in terms of physical, mental, and social aspects, aiming to improve the quality of life. Despite the rapid economic growth and technological innovation that have made life more convenient for modern people, the reality is that they are moving further away from 'wellness' due to excessive stress and irregular lifestyle habits. This change is significantly increasing the demand for wellness tourism. However, research on wellness tourism remains inadequate. The internal variable of wellness tourism selection factors were classified into five categories through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis: natural environment factors, accommodation factors, affordability factors, perceived risk factors, and service quality factors. The results of this study confirm that while the degree of core value affecting each factor may vary, natural environment factors, service quality factors, affordability factors, and satisfaction significantly influence the intention to revisit and recommend. There is a need to deepen research related to wellness tourism by exploring the specific factors tourists consider when choosing such facilities. Additionally, it is important to understand how tourists perceive the value of wellness tourism and how this perception influences their future behavior.
