화학물질 배출 영향권역내 사회·경제적 특성 분석: 충청북도를 중심으로

A Study on the Development of a Filtration System for Drainage Discharge Capacity

본 연구는 화학물질 배출시설 영향권역 내외의 사회·경제적 특성을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 유해화학물질 배출사고와 같은 사회재난에 대응하기 위한 정책적 방안을 제안하였다. 화학물질 배출시설 영향권역 내에서도 인접거리에 따라 사회·경제적 격차가 존재하였으며 화학물질 배출시설과 인접해 있을수록 어린이 인구비율 및 지가는 높아지나 노인인구 비율은 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 분석에 따른 대응방안의 제시는 화학물질 관리 최종목표인 국민의 건강과 재산을 보호하는 데 있어 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

This study analyzes the social and economic characteristics of an area affected by chemical emission facilities and proposes policy measures to respond to social disasters such as hazardous chemical emission accidents. Even within the area affected by chemical discharge facilities, social and economic disparities existed depending on the proximity to the chemical discharge facility, child population ratio, and land value. However, the elderly population ratio decreased. It is believed that the presentation of response plans based on the study’s analysis will contribute to protecting people's health and property, which is the ultimate goal of chemical management.
