온라인 수업을 경험한 간호대학생의 학습몰입과 문제해결능력이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

The impact of learning immersion and problem-solving ability of nursing students who experienced online classes on academic achievement

본 연구는 온라인 수업을 경험한 간호대학생의 학습몰입과 문제해결능력이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 간호교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 B시 5개의 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 대학생 3∼4학년 156명을 대상으로 하였으며 2023년 4월부터 5월까지 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 그 결과 학습몰입과 문제해결능력, 학습몰입과 학업성취도에서 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었고, 문제해결능력은 학업성취도와 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 학업성취도에 미치는 영향요인으로는 대학생활만족도의 ‘만족(β=-.232, p=.014)’, ‘보통(β=-.409, p<.001)’과 ‘불만족(β=-1.268, p<.001)’, 온라인 수업문제의 ‘수업집중력저하(β=-.236, p=.014)’ 및 문제해결능력(β=.303, p<.001)으로 나타났다. 따라서 온라인 수업으로 인해 직면한 여러 문제를 해결해 나가는 과정의 경험으로 문제해결능력을 갖추고, 학업성취에 성공적인 방향을 제시하는 능력을 높일 수 있는 원만한 대학생활을 위한 다양한 교과 운영과 프로그램의 제도적 개발이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

This study was conducted to determine the impact of learning immersion and problem-solving ability of nursing students who experienced online classes on academic achievement and to provide basic data for nursing education. Data collection for this study was conducted from April to May 2023 on 156 third and fourth-year nursing students from five universities in City B. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0. As a result, there was a significant correlation between learning flow and problem-solving ability, and between learning flow and academic achievement, and problem-solving ability showed a significant correlation with academic achievement. In this study, factors influencing academic achievement include Among the satisfaction with college life, the satisfaction level was ‘satisfaction (β=-.232, p=.014)', ‘average (β=-.409, p<.001)’, ‘dissatisfied (β=-1.268, p<.001)’, and among the online class problems, ‘decreased concentration in class (β=-.236, p=.014)’ and problem-solving ability (β=.303, p<.001) were influential factors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various curricula and programs to equip nursing students with problem-solving skills, provide them with a successful direction for academic achievement, and ensure a smooth college life.
