The road of supply chain upgrading of Chinese automobile enterprises : Based on the pickup mode and transportation Angle of auto parts

This paper mainly discusses the supply chain upgrading of Chinese automobile enterprises, takes A automobile company as the research object, analyzes its parts pick-up mode and transportation problems. Company A is faced with the challenges of low delivery efficiency, long transit time and high cost of parts. In order to solve these problems, the paper puts forward three modes of parts pick-up: circular pick-up, direct pick-up and assembly mode, and introduces the theory of break point to optimize the pick-up model to improve efficiency and reduce cost. At the same time, the article points out that the opening of direct air routes can shorten the transportation time and reduce the capital cost.
