苏轼家庭教育中的乐观主义精神与当代大学生抗压能力培养的关系探讨

Discussion on the relationship between the spirit of optimism in Su Shi's family education and the cultivation of contemporary college students' ability to resist pressure

The group psychological problems of contemporary college students are increasing year by year, and the cultivation of anti-pressure ability has become more and more important. However, the effect of completely relying on the relevant knowledge of western psychology to deal with the mental health problems of college students is not obvious. Therefore, this study focuses on the family education of Su Shi, a very representative historical and cultural celebrity in China, and focuses on analyzing the inner core of optimism spirit and exploring its important position in Su Shi's life. Furthermore, it further analyzes the current situation of contemporary college students' ability to resist pressure, clarifies the source of their pressure, seeks the similarities between them and Sushi's life landscape, and draws on the nutrition of Sushi's family education in a targeted way to provide help for the cultivation of contemporary college students' ability to resist pressure.

当代大学生群体心理问题逐年增多,抗压能力的培养变得愈发重要,而完全依靠西方心理学相关知识处理大学生的心理健康问题效果却不太明显。故而,本研究将研究视域转向中华优秀传统文化,选择中国极具代表性的历史文化名人苏轼的家庭教育为关注点,着重分析其中显现出来的乐观主义精神内核,发掘其在苏轼一生中的重要地位。并针对当代大学生抗压能力现状做进一步分析,明确其压力来源,寻求其与苏轼人生境遇的类同之处,有的放矢地汲取苏轼家庭教育的营养,为当代大学生抗压能力的培养提供助力。
