基于新道创新创业平台的应用型人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and practice of applied talent training mode based on Xindao innovation and entrepreneurship platform

The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an objective requirement for building an innovation-oriented country. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to improve the ability of independent innovation so that China can become one of the innovative countries as soon as possible. To a large extent, the construction of an innovation-oriented country depends on the scale and quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents mainly depends on the quality of innovation and entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current status of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, combined with the actual situation of Geely College, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the construction and reform of applied talent training mode with the help of Xindao entrepreneurship platform.

创新创业人才培养是建设创新型国家的客观要求，党的十八大报告提出，要提高自主创新能力，使我国尽快跻身创新型国家行列。建设创新型国家，很大程度上取决于创新创业人才的规模和质量，而创新创业人才培养主要取决于高校的创新创业教育质量。本文分析目前高校创新创业教育的现状，结合吉利学院的实际，借助新道创新创业平台对应用型人才培养模式的构建和改革提出相关对策和建议。
