日本残疾人高等教育模式探索——以筑波技术大学为例

Exploration and Insights Into the Higher Education Model for Disabled Peoples in Japan:An Example From the Tsukuba University of Technology

The development of higher education for the disabled is an important manifestation of educational equity in all countries. Tsukuba University of Technology, as the only national university in Japan that teaches for people with hearing and vision impairments, plays a unique role in the higher education of the disabled in Japan. Based on an international perspective, this paper takes Tsukuba University of Technology in Japan as a case study to explore its unique experience in running schools from three aspects: the school's history, professional curriculum and accessibility. Finally, combined with the current situation of education, the paper looks forward to the development prospects of the diversification of special education and the construction of barrier-free environment in Chinese colleges and universities.

残疾人高等教育事业的发展是各国教育公平的重要体现。筑波技术大学作为日本国内唯一一所以听觉和视觉障碍人群为教授对象的国立大学,在日本的残疾人高等教育中发挥着独特的作用。本文以国际视野为基础,选取日本筑波技术大学为案例,从建校历程、专业课程设置和无障碍化三个方面深入探讨该校的独特办学经验。最后,结合教育现状展望了我国高等院校在特殊教育多样化和无障碍环境建设方面的发展前景。
