스포츠참여 동호인의 사회적지지와 문제해결능력 및 사회성의 관계

The Relationship between Social Support, Problem Solving Ability and Sociality of Sports Participating Club Members

목적 이 연구는 스포츠참여 동호인의 사회적지지와 문제해결능력 및 사회성의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 즉 가족, 친구, 지도자 등의 사회화 주관자들에게 도움을 받고 다양한 스포츠에 참여하는 과정에서 나타날 수 있는 여러 가지 문제들을 원만하게 해결하고 개인적·사회적인 관계 능력을 갖추어 일상생활에 자신감 및 활력을 불어넣어 줌으로써 긍정적인 인간관계 문화를 형성하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 2024년 C시에 거주하며 스포츠에 참여하는 동호인을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용해서 385명의 표본을 추출하여, 연구목적에 적합한 373명의 유효 표본을 확보하여 자료를 분석하였다. 설문지는 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 타당성을 확보였으며, 자료분석은 다중회귀분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 결과 첫째, 스포츠참여 동호인의 사회적지지는 문제해결능력과 사회성에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 스포츠참여 동호인의 문제해결능력은 사회성에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 스포츠참여 동호인의 문제해결능력은 사회적지지와 사회성 사이에서 부분매개역할을 한다. 결론 연구결과를 토대로 적절한 사회적지지를 받으며 스포츠에 참여하는 동호인들은 정서적, 인지적, 행동적으로 문제에 대한 해결 능력이 좋아지며, 이를 통해 사교, 봉사, 활동의 사회성에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify causal relationship between social support, problem solving ability and sociality of sports participating club members as an approach to improving sports participating club members’ expectation for their future. Methods In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a group of sports participating club members living in C province was set up as a population in 2024 and 373 sports participating club members were selected by using convenience sampling, and the main research results are as follows. Results First, social support has direct effect on problem solving ability and sociality. Second, problem solving ability has direct effect on sociality. Third, problem solving ability has partial mediation effect between social sup-port and sociality. Conclusions Combining these findings above, it was inferred that social support directly effects on problem solv-ing ability and sociality. problem solving ability directly effects on sociality and partial mediation effect between social support and sociality.
