커피 교육서비스 품질이 학습몰입과 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 연구: 학습몰입과 SCA 이미지 효과를 중심으로

The impact of coffee education service quality on learning flow and learning satisfaction: the effectiveness of learning flow and the SCA Image

본 연구는 커피 교육기관에서 학습자들이 지각하는 교육서비스 품질이 학습몰입과 학습만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 도출한 6개의 연구가설을 통해 연구모형을 설정하였다. 또한, 부산에 위치한 커피 교육기관에서 커피 교육 경험이 있는 400명의 수강생으로부터 수집된 자료를 사용하여 설정된 연구모형을 검증했다. 첫째, 교육서비스 품질은 학습몰입에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 교육서비스 품질의 하위요인 중 행정서비스는 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 교육서비스 품질의 하위요인 중 시설서비스만 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습몰입은 학습만족도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습몰입은 교육서비스 품질과 학습만족도의 영향 관계에서 행정서비스를 제외하고 긍정적 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, SCA 이미지는 교육서비스 품질과 학습몰입과의 관계에서 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, SCA 이미지는 교육서비스 품질의 하위요인 중 시설서비스는 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 커피 교육기관에서의 교육서비스 품질이 학습자들에게 미치는 영향력을 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해 학습몰입과 학습만족도 및 SCA 이미지가 어떠한 영향 관계가 있는지에 대한 실무적 제언을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 실증분석을 통해 커피 교육기관의 교육서비스 품질이 학습자 관리에 효과적 역할을 한다는 결과를 제시함으로써 서비스 분야의 발전을 기여한다.

This study examined how learners' perceived quality of educational service affected their learning flow and satisfaction in specialty coffee training institutions. This study established a model based on six research hypotheses derived from theoretical review to achieve the research objectives. Data, collected from 400 students who experience in a coffee training institution located in Busan, were used to test the hypotheses and research model. First, the quality of educational service had a positive and significant effect on learning flow, while the quality of administrative service did not. Second, facility service among the dimensions of educational service quality had insignificant effect on learning flow. Third, learning flow had a positive and significant effect on learning satisfaction. Fourth, learning flow had an indirect positive effect on learning satisfaction. The exception to this was in the role of administrative services in the relationship between educational service quality and learning satisfaction. Fifth, SCA image did not have moderating effect on the relationship between educational service quality and learning flow. Sixth, SCA image had a significant moderating effect on quality of facility services. For specific examination of the influence of educational service quality on learners in coffee training institutions, these findings provide practical suggestions on the relationship between learning flow, learning satisfaction, and SCA image. The findings also contributes to the development of the service field.
