장애인 관광의 선택속성요인 및 제약속성요인이 관광행동의도에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Attribute Factors and Constraint Attribute Factors of Tourism for the Disabled on Tourism Behavior Intention

관광은 인간의 자아실현을 실천하고 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 큰 역할을 한다. 하지만 장애인의 관광 참여는 일반 관광객과 비교하였을 때 다양한 어려움을 직면한다. 이에 본 연구는 장애인 관광의 선택속성요인 및 제약속성요인과 관광행동의도와의 영향관계를 규명함으로써 장애인 관광의 질을 향상하고 개선시키는 데 목적이 있다. 총 150명의 국내 장애인이 설문지에 응답하였다. 응답된 설문지는 유효표본으로 분류되어 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 위해 SPSS 26.0를 이용하였다. 분석의 결과 첫째, 장애인 관광객의 관광지 선택속성 중 '관광지' 요인은 장애인 관광 행동의도에 영향을 미친다. 관광지의 편의성, 활동성, 접근성 및 매력성과 식음료 업장의 환경성 및 특수성 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인 관광객의 관광지 제약속성 요인 중 '제도적 제약' 및 '시설적 제약' 요인이 장애인 관광 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장애인을 위한 지원 제도 및 직접적 도움 시설 등의 부족이 관광지 방문에 제약을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 장애인 관광객의 관광지 선택요인 및 제약요인을 규명함으로써 앞으로 장애인들의 관광권을 보호하고 실무적으로 관광지를 개선해야한다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

Tourism plays a big role in practicing one's self-realization and improving the quality of life. However, the participation of the disabled in tourism faces various difficulties compared to general tourists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve and improve the quality of tourism for the disabled by exploring the selection attribute factors and constraint attribute factors of tourism for the disabled. In August 2024, a panel survey was conducted through the Ministry of Rehabilitation Hospital of the National Rehabilitation Center, and a total of 150 people with disabilities in Korea responded to the questionnaire. The answered questionnaire was classified as a valid sample and analyzed through SPSS 26.0. As a result of the analysis, first, the 'tourism destination' factor among the attributes of tourists with disabilities' selection of tourist destinations affects the intention of tourism behavior for the disabled. It was found that the convenience, activity, accessibility and attractiveness of tourist destinations, and the environmental and specificity of food and beverage businesses have an effect. Second, among the factors of tourist restriction attributes of tourists with disabilities, 'institutional constraints' and 'facility constraints' affect the intention of tourism behavior for the disabled. The lack of support systems and direct help facilities for the disabled is believed to limit visits to tourist destinations. This study identifies the factors and constraints of tourists with disabilities' choice of tourist destinations and guarantees 'tourism rights' to tourists with disabilities, who are socially disadvantaged. It is of great significance in that it suggests that the tourism rights of the disabled should be protected in the future and tourist destinations should be improved in practice.
