Objective: Report of a case study on the improvement of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) using Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT). Methods: OCNT was administered to a Korean male patient in his 80s suffering from frequent diarrhea, rapid weight loss, and difficulty eating. Results: After administering OCNT, the patient's physical condition improved, allowing him to eat and regain strength, with some restoration of walking ability. Conclusion: The application of OCNT can help alleviate symptoms in patients suffering from diarrhea and nutrient malabsorption due to SIBO.
