여성 사이코패스 범죄자의 심리학적 특성 분석 연구 - 부산 정유정의 과외교사 살인사건 중심

A study on the analysis of psychological characteristics of female psychopathic criminals : Focusing on the murder case of Jeong Yu-jeong in Busan

이 연구는 그동안 남성 중심으로 수행되어 온 사이코패스 연구에 대한 비판적 관점에서 출발하여, 여성 사이코패스가 가지는 심리학적 특성을 이론적으로 도출하고 사례를 통해 검증하기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 연구 방법으로는 현재까지 수행된 선진 외국의 실증연구와 이론들을 기초로 여성 사이코패스의 특징을 도출하고, 이를 남성 사이코패스의 특징과 비교하는 방법으로 수 행하였다. 또한 여성 사이코패스 범죄자 특성 관련 선행연구 결과들을 국내외에서 발생한 여성 사이코패스 사건들과 비교분석 함으로써 기존 이론의 타당성을 이론적으로나마 검증하는 방법을 취하였다. 일반적인 사이코패스의 특징을 도출하기 위한 기초 자료로는 해외에서 개발된 사이코패시 측정도구인 PCL-R(Psychopathy Checklist-Revised), PPI-R(Psychopathic Personality Inventory -Revised), CAPP(Comprehensive Assessment of Psychopathic Personality Disorder), TriPM(Triarchic Psychopathy Measure) 등 4가지를 기반으로 하였다. 국내외 여성 사이코패스 범죄자 사례와 관련해서는 미국의 ‘아일린 워노스 사건’, 일본의 ‘오오우치 마리아 사건’, 한국의 ‘엄인숙’, ‘김선자’, ‘고유정’, ‘정유정’ 사건을 중심으로 관련 문헌과 선행연구 결과 를 토대로 여성 사이코패스의 심리적 특성을 ①범행동기, ②피해자와의 관계, ③공격성 및 폭력성, ④정서적 특성 등 4가지 관점 에서 검토하고 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study started from a critical perspective on psychopathy research, which has been conducted with a focus on men, and was conducted with the purpose of theoretically deriving the psychological characteristics of female psychopaths and verifying them through cases. The research method was to derive the characteristics of female psychopaths based on empirical studies and theories conducted to date in advanced foreign countries and compare them with the characteristics of male psychopaths. In addition, we took a method of theoretically verifying the validity of the existing theory by comparing and analyzing the results of previous research on the characteristics of female psychopathic criminals with female psychopathic cases that occurred at home and abroad. Basic data for deriving the characteristics of general psychopathy include psychopathy measurement tools developed overseas: PCL-R, PPI-R, and CAPP, TriPM.
