키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 어린이집 권리존중보육에 관한 연구 동향

Research Trends in Rights-Respecting Childcare in Daycare Centers Using Keyword Network Analysis

본 연구는 어린이집 권리존중보육 연구의 빈도 및 연구 방법과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 연구 동향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 권리존중보육 관련 주제어 검색을 통해 2011년부터 2024년까지 KCI에 등재된 국내 연구물 111편을 선정하고 시기를 구분하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 88편의 연구가 2기(2018년-2024년 3월)에 발행되었고, 연구 방법 중에는 양적연구가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과, 모든 시기에서 ‘영유아권리존중보육’, ‘영유아권리존중’, ‘영유아교사’ 키워드가 빈번하게 출현하였다. 중심성 분석 결과, 모든 시기에서 상위 키워드에 ‘영유아권리존중보육’, ‘영유아권리존중’, ‘영유아교사’가 나타났으며, 1기에서는 ‘영유아권리’, 2기에서는 ‘교사전문성’, ‘조직건강성’ 키워드가 상위권에 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 어린이집 권리존중보육의 연구 동향을 파악하고 관련 연구의 다양성 확대에 대한 필요성을 도출하였다. 향후 보육 현장에서 권리존중보육을 위한 교사 전문성 강화 교육 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims to examine research trends by using the frequency and research methods of research on respect for rights in daycare centers and keyword network analysis. To this end, 111 domestic research papers registered in KCI from 2011 to 2024 were selected through a keyword search related to respect for rights childcare and analyzed by period. As a result, first, 88 studies were published in the second period (2018-March 2024), and quantitative research was the most common research method. Second, the keyword network analysis results showed that the keywords ‘respect for rights of infants and toddlers’, ‘respect for rights of infants and toddlers’, and ‘early childhood teachers’ appeared frequently in all periods. The centrality analysis results showed that ‘respect for rights of infants and toddlers’, ‘respect for rights of infants and toddlers’, and ‘early childhood teachers’ appeared in the top keywords in all periods, and ‘early childhood rights’ was ranked high in the first period, and ‘teacher professionalism’ and ‘organizational health’ were ranked high in the second period. Through the results of this study, we identified research trends in childcare rights-respecting childcare in daycare centers and derived the need for expanding the diversity of related research. It is significant in that it suggests future directions for strengthening teacher professionalism for childcare rights-respecting childcare in childcare settings.
