사립유치원 경력교사가 경험하는 직무에 대한 고민과 요구

Experienced Teacher in Private Kindergartens Experience Concerns and Demand for one’s job

이 연구는 사립유치원 경력교사가 경험하는 직무에 대한 고민과 요구를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울지역 유치원 1급 정교사 자격을 취득한 경력교사 7명을 참여자로 선정하여 심층면담을 하였다. 연구결과 사립유치원 경력교사가 경험하는 직무에 대한 고민에서 유치원 근무환경에서 오는 고민으로는 ‘불안정적인 교직직무에 대한 경력 교사의 염려’, ‘새로운 직무확장을 위한 경력 교사의 염려’, ‘경력 교사의 새로운 환경에 대한 적응을 위한 도전’ 으로 나타났다. 경력 구성원의 인식에서 오는 고민으로는 ‘경력 교사에게 주어지는 과도한 업무부담’, ‘중간역할자로서의 인식과 역할 수행의 어려움’으로 나타났다. 사립유치원 경력 유치원 교사가 경험하는 직무에 대한 요구로는 제도적 차원의 개선으로 ‘경력 교사의 대한 합당한 대우와 처우개선’, ‘차별화된 경력 교사를 위한 교사교육 프로그램의 개발’로 나타났다. 개인적 차원의 개선으로는 ‘경력 교사를 활용한 멘토링 활성화’, ‘경력 교사를 위한 유치원 전문적 학습공동체의 운영’으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 경력 유치원 교사의 대한 직무환경이 향상되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the concerns and demands of the job experienced by experienced teachers in private kindergartens. To this end, seven experienced teachers who obtained the qualification as first-class full-time kindergarten teachers in Seoul were selected as participants for in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, from the concerns about the job experienced by experienced teachers in private kindergartens to the concerns arising from the kindergarten working environment, it was found that 'concerns of experienced teachers about unstable teaching jobs', 'concerns of experienced teachers for new job expansion', and 'challenges for adaptation to the new environment of experienced teachers'. The concerns arising from the perception of experienced members were 'excessive burden of work given to experienced teachers' and 'difficulty in recognizing and performing roles as intermediaries'. The demands for jobs experienced by experienced kindergarten teachers in private kindergartens were 'improving the reasonable treatment and treatment of experienced teachers' and 'development of teacher education programs for differentiated experienced teachers' due to the improvement of the institutional level. The improvements at the individual level were 'activation of mentoring using experienced teachers' and 'operation of a kindergarten professional learning community for experienced teachers'. It is expected that the job environment of experienced kindergarten teachers will be improved through this study.
