직업계 고등학생의 노동인권교육 경험에 대한 인식과 노동인권의식 형성 간 경로분석: 노동인권효능감 매개효과를 중심으로

Path Analysis between Perception of Labor Rights Education Experience and Labor Rights Awareness among Vocational High School Students: focusing on the mediating effect of labor rights efficacy

이 연구는 직업계고 학생들의 노동인권교육 경험에 대한 인식에 따라 교육적 효과가 어떻게 나타나는지 그 과정을 상세히 밝혀 노동인권교육 개선을 위한 구체적인 교육내용 및 방법을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 학생들 의 노동인권교육 경험이 노동인권의식 형성에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하기 위해 전국의 직업계고 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 2,442부의 데이터를 수집하였으며, SPSS 29.0과 AMOS 29.0으로 통계분 석 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 교육 참여도는 노동권리인식 및 노동인권감수성 형성에 직접 영향을 미치지 않았으며 노동인권효능감을 완전 매개하여 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생들의 교육 이해도와 실용도는 노동권리인식 및 노동인권감수성에 긍정적 영향을 미치지 만 노동인권효능감을 매개하면 그 효과가 극대화 되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육 중 상호작용은 노동인권교 육이 노동인권의식을 형성하는데 긍정적인 효과가 있으며 특히 질적인 상호작용은 노동인권의식을 더 깊게 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 교육내용 및 방법적 측면에서의 다양한 개선방안들을 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study aims to explore how perception of labor rights education experience can effectively shape labor rights awareness among vocational high school students. The goal is to identify key educational content and methods that enhance the impact of labor rights education. Design/methodology/approach: A nationwide survey was conducted, collecting 2,442 responses from vocational high school students. The data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 29.0 for path analysis. Main variables included student participation, understanding of content, practicality, labor rights efficacy, and educational interaction. Findings/Results: The results indicate that student participation in labor rights education does not directly increase labor rights awareness. However, it influences awareness indirectly through labor rights efficacy. Moreover, students’ understanding of the educational content and its practical relevance had a direct, significant impact on their labor rights awareness, with this effect being enhanced by labor rights efficacy. Interaction quality during the educational process also positively affected awareness. Value: This study underscores the importance of enhancing both the content and educational interaction in labor rights education to effectively foster labor rights awareness.
