본연구는6차산업종사자의직무불안정과조직성과간의관계를분석함으로써조직의안정적 인 성장과지속성을 극대화하고자 한다. 이 과정에서 선행연구를 근거로 조직몰입의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증함으로써 6차산업 종사자의 직무불안정성으로 인한 부정적인 결과를최소화하고 자 하는데연구의목적이있다. 실증분석 결과는다음과같다. 첫째, 6차산업종사자의직무불안정성은조직몰입에부정적인영 향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무불안정성은 조직몰입뿐만 아니라 조직성과에도 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 셋째, 6차산업종사자는조직몰입은조직성과에긍정적인영향을미치는것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 6차산업 종사자의조직몰입은직무불안정성과조직성과에매개역할을하는것으 로 나타났다. 본연구의결과는6차산업종사자의직무를이해하는데기여하고, 6차산업의안정적성장과종 사자의만족도향상을위해조직몰입과조직성과를높이기위한관련정책수립에중요한자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로기대한다.
This study aims to maximize the stable growth and sustainability of organizations by analyzing the relationship between job instability and organizational performance among employees in the 6th industrial sector. The purpose of the research is to empirically verify the mediating effect of organizational commitment, based on previous studies, to minimize the negative outcomes caused by job instability among 6th industrial workers. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, job instability among sixth industrial employees had a negative impact on organizational commitment. Second, job instability negatively affected not only organizational commitment but also organizational performance. Third, organizational commitment among sixth industrial employees positively influenced organizational performance. Fourth, organizational commitment among 6th industrial employees played a mediating role between job instability and organizational performance. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to understanding the job characteristics of 6th industrial workers and provide important insights for formulating relevant policies aimed at enhancing organizational commitment and performance, thereby improving job satisfaction and fostering the stable growth of the 6th industrial sector.
