대학 교양체육 수업 자도자의 교수열정과 교수이미지가 교육만족에 미치는 영향

Analysis of the Correlation among Teaching Passion, Teaching Image, and Education Satisfaction

목적 이 연구는 대학 교양체육 수업에서 지도자의 교수열정과 교수이미지가 교육만족에 미치는 영향력을 예측하기 위한 연구를 목적에 두었다. 방법 연구대상은 2019년 수도권, 부산, 강원 지역 대학 교양체육 관련 강좌 수강학생 268명(여자 173명, 남자 95명)을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 결과 가설검증 결과 교수열정은 ‘교육적만족’을 약 29% 정도, ‘사회적만족’은 약 23% 예측하고, ‘교육애’은 ‘교육적만족’과 β=.501, ‘사회적만족’을 β=.434 유의한 수준으로 영향을 미쳤다. 교수이미지는 교육만족의 ‘교육적만족’을 약 65% 정도, ‘사회적만족’을 약 60% 예측하고 교수이미지의 ‘정서적 및 외적이미지’는 ‘교육적만족’을 β=.794, ‘사회적만족’을 β=.600로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 교수열정은 교수이미지의 ‘정서적 및 외적이미지’를 약 34%, ‘음성이미지’를 약 29% 예측하며, ‘교육애’은 ‘정서적 및 외적이미지’를 β=.532, ‘음성이미지’에 β=.510로써(p=.001) 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 결론 교수열정의 ‘교육애’와 교수이미지의 ‘정서적 및 외적이미지’도 ‘교육적만족’과 ‘사회적만족’을 이끌어낼 수 있으며, 교수열정의 ‘교육애’은 ‘정서적 및 외적이미지’와 ‘음성이미지’와도 관련이 있다.

Objectives This study conducted to predict correlation among the teaching passion, teaching image, and educational satisfaction. participating in physical education and physical activity curriculum of the university lecture course. Methods The subjects collected 268 students(female=173 male=95). Multiple regression analysis applied for the confirming of hypothesis. Results From the hypothesis analysis show that teaching passion assumed teaching satisfaction 29% and social satisfaction 23%. teaching image assumed teaching satisfaction 65% and social satisfaction 60%. teaching passion assumed emotion and external image 34% and voice image 29%. Conclusions Efforts professionalism in teaching passion and emotion and external image in teaching image predicts teaching satisfaction and social satisfaction, and efforts professionalism in teaching passion predicts emotion and external image and voice image in teaching image.
