지역아동센터 종사자의 아동권리인식이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향: 수퍼비전의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Effect of Community Child Center Workers’ Perception of Children’s Rights on The Service Quality: Focused on the mediating effect of the supervision

목적 본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 아동권리인식이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 수퍼비전의 매개효과를 중심으로 이들 간의 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 대구 및 경북 소재 지역아동센터의 사회복지사를 대상으로 조사를 실시했으며 총 247부를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석 등을 통해 주요변수의 특성, 이상치와 결측치, 정규성, 다중공선성, 내적 일관성과 타당성을 검토하였으며, 구조방정식 분석으로 인과관계와 적합도 및 직접효과와 간접효과를 검증하였다. 결과 지역아동센터 종사자의 서비스 질, 아동권리인식, 수퍼비전 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 나타났으며, 주요변수의 측정변인을 살펴본 결과, 아동권리인식에서 발달권, 서비스 질에서 보증성, 수퍼비전에서 평가기능이 가장 높은 경로 추정치를 보였다. 아동권리인식은 서비스 질에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 수퍼비전을 통해 간접적으로도 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 서비스 질 수준을 높이기 위하여 아동권리인식을 향상시키기 위한 교육을 실시하고, 종사자의 역량과 전문성을 강화할 수 있는 수퍼비전 체계를 공고히 하며, 지역아동센터와 지역아동센터 종사자에 대한 적극적인 지원 방안을 제언하였다.

Objectives This study examined the effect of community child center workers’ perception of children’s rights on the service quality, and analyzed the mediating effect of the supervision on the relationship between them. Methods To this end, it examined a total of 247 social workers in community child centers located at Daegu and Gyeongbuk. In addition, it examined the validity by using a confirmatory factor analysis and verified causal relationship, appropriateness, and direct and indirect effect, for the structural equation analysis. There was a significant correlation among community child center workers’ service quality, perception of children’s rights and supervision. Results The main results of the analysis showed that the perception of children’s rights had a direct/indirect effect on the service quality, and had an indirect effect on it through the supervision. Conclusions This study’s practical implication suggests that not only the education for enhancing the perception on children’s rights is required to increase community child center workers’ service quality, but also it is necessary to develop the education and the supervision system for strengthening workers’ capability and professionalism.
