아시아 7개국 정보화수준비교를 통한 IT 협력에 대한 연구

A Study on the IT Cooperation by the Global IT Indexes of Asian 7 Countries

본 논문에서는 아시아지역 7개국의 정보화 수준을 세계화에 대비 비교하여, 각국의 정보화수준을 추론하기 위하여, 일본, 중국, 인도, 싱가포르, 베트남, 캄보디아, 아랍에미리트의 아시아지역 IT 산업의 현황과 전망을 조망하고자 한다. 이 조사를 위하여 UN의 전자정부준비지수, EIU의 e-비즈니스 준비도, IDC의 정보사회지수, WEF의 네트워크준비지수, ITU의 디지털기회지수, 국가정보화지수 등이 6가지 지수를 사용하였다. 후속으로 이 자료를 근거로 하여 아시아 지역을 대상으로 한 한국의 IT 산업의 활로 개척방향을 제시하고, 한편 그것을 토대로 국가 간의 정보화 산업 협력방안을 통한 IT 산업의 수출을 모색하고자 한다.

This paper search IT levels of Asian region 7 countries, To measure each country's IT levels for a globalization, I am going to watch the present situation and expectation of Asian region IT industry of Japan, China, India, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, UAE. For this paper I used six kinds of following indexes, UN Global E-government Readiness Index, Economist Intelligence Unit e-readiness, IDC Information Society Index, World Economic Forum Networked Readiness Index, ITU Digital Opportunity Index, National information index. Each country was estimated by this indexes. As a result, In the field of IT Japan, Singapore are recognized by leaders. China, UAE are recognized by a developing countries. India, Vietnam, Cambodia are recognized by undeveloped countries. It is grounded on this document to a follower, and show a position of Korean IT industry for an Asian region, On the other hand, I am going to grope for export of IT industry to know in an IT industry cooperation's idea among a nation in a base in it.
