연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 정보화교육에 참여하는 성인장애인의 ICT 활용능력 수준과 ICT 활용능력에 따른 생활만족도와의 관계를 살펴보고 성인 장애인의 ICT 활용 배경에 대한 이해도를 높여 디지털정보격차 해소를 위하여 지원방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 부산·경남 지역의 장애인복지관에서 정보화교육에 참여하고 있는 성인 장애인 100명을 대상으로 기술통계를 실시하여 ICT 활용능력과 생활만족도 수준을 조사하였고, Person 상관분석을 통해 ICT 활용능력, 생활만족도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 정보화교육을 받는 성인장애인의 ICT 활용능력 수준은 보통보다 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보화교육을 받는 성인 장애인의 생활만족도 수준은 보통수준인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정보화교육을 받는 성인장애인의 전체 ICT 활용능력과 전체 생활만족도는 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 장애인에게 있어 ICT 활용수준과 역량수준을 향상시켜 생활만족도를 높이는데 있어서 정보화교육이 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있으므로 정보화교육에 성인장애인들이 더 참여할 수 있도록 권장하고 지원해야 할 것이다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the level of ICT utilization ability of adults with disabilities taking an information education and the degree and utilization of ICT devices in daily life and to suggest support measures to bridge the digital information gap by enhancing their understanding of the background of ICT utilization of adults with disabilities. Method: Descriptive statistics (M, SD) were utilized for a survey on 100 adults with disabilities participating in information education at welfare centers for the disabled in Busan and Gyeongnam to analyze the level of ICT utilization ability and life satisfaction. And Pearson’s correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between ICT utilization ability and life satisfaction. Results: First, the level of ICT utilization ability of adults with disabilities receiving information education was found to be higher than average. Second, the level of life satisfaction of adults with disabilities receiving information education was found to be average. Third, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the overall ICT utilization ability and overall life satisfaction of adults with disabilities receiving information education. Third, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the overall ICT utilization ability and overall life satisfaction of adults with disabilities receiving information education. Conclusion: As the information education has a positive effect on improving life satisfaction by improving the level of digital use and competency for adults with disabilities, it is necessary to encourage and support adults with disabilities to participate more in information education.
