Composition and Value Cultivation of Taekwondo Self Defense

This study aims to help more people understand and activate Taekwondo self-defense by emphasizing the excellence of Taekwondo self-defense through the composition and value cultivation of Taekwondo self-defense, which is a category of Taekwondo. Since, Taekwondo self-defense techniques in Korea have not been as active as Gyorugi. According to the trend of the times, Taekwondo self-defense is needed, and Taekwondo also needs new changes and technological innovation. therefore, this study aims to spread the value of the ultimate Taekwondo self-defense technique through the necessity and importance of Taekwondo self-defense technique pursued by Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters.
