천연추출 복합물을 함유한 세정용 화장품의 임상적 소취효능

Clinical Deodorizing Efficacy of Cleansing Cosmetics Containing Natural Extract Compounds

본 연구는 천연 성분인 천연추출 복합물을 함유한 세정용 화장품의 소취성에 대한 효능을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 20~50대 성인 21명으로, 헬스기구(로잉머신)를 이용한 액티비티를 시행한후 사전 피부 측정을 시행하였으며, 실험군은 연구제품으로, 대조군은 물로 세정을 시행하여 사전·후 측정데이터를 분석하였다. 체취 등급 결과, 물로 세정 하였을 때 체취 등급은 17.10%의 유의한 개선율(p<.05) 을 보였으며, 연구제품으로 세정 시 90.76%의 유의한 개선율(p<.05)을 보였다. 또한 시료 사용 직후 실험군이 대조군에 비해 체취 등급이 유의하게 개선되었다(p<.05). 체취 강도를 측정한 결과, 물로 세정 하였을때 체취 강도는 7.99%의 유의한 개선율(p<.05)을 보였으며, 연구제품으로 세정 시 38.12%의 유의한 개선율(p<.05)을 보였다. 또한 시료 사용 직후 실험군은 대조군에 비해 체취 강도가 유의하게 개선되었음을 확인하였다(p<.05). 이와 같은 결과로 천연추출 복합물을 함유한 세정용 화장품은 인체의 체취 등급과 체취강도 개선에 도움을 주는 것으로 확인되었고, 이후 체취 개선을 위한 천연 추출물 화장품 소재개발이 활성화 될 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to verify the deodorizing efficacy of cleansing cosmetics containing natural extract compounds, a natural ingredient. The subjects were 21 adults aged 20 to 59, and Baseline data were taken after using the fitness equipment (rowing machines). The experimental group used the research product, while the control group was washed with water, and data from these measurements were then analyzed. The results showed a significant improvement in body odor grade; washing with water improved body odor grade by 17.10% (p<.05), while using the research product resulted in a 90.76% improvement (p<.05). Additionally, immediately after using the sample, the experimental group's body odor grade significantly improved compared to the control group (p<.05). Regarding body odor intensity, washing with water resulted in a 7.99% improvement rate (p<.05), whereas using the research product showed a 38.12% improvement rate (p<.05). Immediately after using the sample, the experimental group's body odor intensity improved significantly compared to the control group's (p<.05). In conclusion, cleansing cosmetics containing natural extract compounds significantly improve both body odor grade and intensity. This indicates significant potential for developing natural extract cosmetic materials aimed at improving body odor.
