立德树人背景下思想政治理论课实践教学研究—以云南农业职业技术学院为例

Research on Practical Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses under the Background of “Moral cultivation and Talent Cultivation”: Taking Yunnan Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture as an Example

Based on the actual situation of Yunnan Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture, this paper explores the current state, challenges, and improvement paths of practical teaching in ideological and political theory courses (IPTC) under the framework of “moral education and talent cultivation” . IPTC plays a pivotal role in fulfilling the fundamental mission of cultivating moral character and nurturing talent. However, limitations in resources, lack of innovation, and an underdeveloped evaluation system in the practical teaching process have hindered the effectiveness of student education to some extent. To address these issues, this paper proposes strategies such as improving top-level design, leveraging the college’s resource advantages, and strengthening faculty development. These measures aim to enhance the quality and effectiveness of IPTC practical teaching, ensuring students achieve comprehensive development through the unity of knowledge and action.

本文基于云南农业职业技术学院的实际情况,探讨了立德树人背景下高校思想政治理论课(思政课)实践教学的现状、问题及提升路径。思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,然而,当前云南农业职业技术学院在实践教学过程中仍存在资源有限、创新不足、评价体系不健全等问题,这在一定程度上影响了思政课的育人成效。为此,本文提出了完善顶层设计、挖掘学校资源优势、强化师资队伍建设等对策,以进一步提升思政课实践教学的质量与效果,确保学生在知行合一的过程中实现全面发展。
