教师期望效应理论在中学思政课程教学中的运用研究

Research on the application of teacher expectation effect theory in middle school ideological and political teaching

Teacher expectation effect can touch and tap students' inner potential, and then push students to work hard in the direction expected by teachers. Teacher expectation effect meets the needs of middle school students’ psychological development. It is not only an important theory in the field of psychology, but also has important guiding significance for the teaching of various subjects in the field of education. Throughout the current ideological and political classes in middle schools, there are phenomena such as students’ poor interest in ideological and political classes. The theory of teacher expectation effect provides a new possibility to improve students' learning enthusiasm. Teachers of ideological and political classes in middle schools should correctly recognize the necessity and feasibility of applying the theory of teacher expectation effect in the teaching of ideological and political courses in middle schools. In order to give full play to the application value of the theory of teacher expectation effect in the middle school ideological and political curriculum teaching, the author puts forward a specific implementation plan in the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching methods and teaching evaluation.

教师期望效应能够触动并挖掘学生的内在潜能,进而推动学生朝着教师所期望的方向努力。教师期望效应符合中学生心理发展需求,它不仅是心理学领域的重要理论,而且对教育领域的各个学科教学也具有重要的指导意义。纵观当前中学思政课堂,存在中学生对思政课兴趣不佳的现象,教师期望效应理论为提高学生学习积极性提供了新的可能,中学思政课教师应正确认识到教师期望效应理论在中学思政课程教学中运用的必要性和可行性,在教学目标、教学方式、教学评价方面提出具备针对性的实施方案,以更好地发挥教师期望效应理论在中学思政课程教学中的应用价值。
