Food Factory Design and Environment Protection is one of the most important main course for food majors. Based on the background of big food view in the new era, this paper explores the reform from three aspects: in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements of curriculum, flexible teaching design and methods, and in-depth teaching reflection and summary improvement. The purpose of this paper is to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of curriculum ideology and politics, and give full play to the value leading role of talent training.
食品工厂设计与环境保护是食品类专业的专业主干课,基于新时代大食物观背景,本文从深挖课程思政要素、灵活教学设计与方法以及深入的教学反思与总结改进三个方面进行改革探索,以期提高课程思政的教学质量与教学效果,深度发挥人才培养的价值引领作用。
