With the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, industry-education integration has become a crucial pathway for advancing connotative development in higher education and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation. Against this backdrop, universities, as the primary base for cultivating innovative talent, face the pressing challenge of effectively integrating industry needs to foster students’ innovation and entrepreneurship skills. Intellectual property, as a vital safeguard of innovation outcomes, plays a significant role in enhancing students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. This paper explores the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship in universities and intellectual property education, analyzes current issues, and proposes corresponding educational reform approaches.

随着创新驱动发展战略的深入实施，产教融合已成为推动高等教育内涵式发展、提升人才培养质量的重要途径。在此背景下，高校作为创新人才培养的主阵地，如何有效融合产业需求，培养学生的创新创业能力，成为亟待解决的问题。知识产权作为创新成果的重要保障，其教育对于提升学生的创新创业能力具有重要意义。本文将从高校创新创业与知识产权教育的关系出发，分析当前存在的问题，并提出相应的教育改革思路。
