中华优秀传统文化与社会工作价值伦理的契合机理与融合路径研究

Research on the Mechanism and Integration Path of the Harmony between Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture and Social Work Values and Ethics

Value ethics is an important analytical dimension for the localization development and research of social work. Accelerating the integration of the two from compatibility research can not only enrich the local cultural connotation of Chinese social work, but also help activate the core charm of excellent traditional Chinese culture in new industry spaces and promote the new localization development of social work. This article takes the dimension of the fit between excellent traditional Chinese culture and social work values and ethics as the argument, and explores the high degree of fit between the cultural concepts of “unity of knowledge and action”, “rural elites”, Confucian “people-oriented thinking”, and “teaching fish is better than giving fish” and social work values and ethics;Analyzed how to objectively grasp the integrated development of excellent traditional Chinese culture and social work values and ethics, the construction of a system for the organic integration of the two, and the practical direction for achieving organic integration between the two.

价值伦理是社会工作本土化发展和研究的一项重要分析维度，加快二者从契合性研究到融合性发展，不仅能够丰富中国社会工作的本土文化内涵，还有助于在新的行业空间激活中华优秀传统文化的内核魅力，推动社会工作的新本土化发展。本文以中华优秀传统文化与社会工作价值伦理的契合维度为论点，分别探究了“知行合一”文化、“乡贤”文化、儒家“民本思想”文化、“授之以鱼不如授之以渔”文化观念与社会工作价值伦理之间的高度契合性;分析了如何客观把握中华优秀传统文化与社会工作价值伦理的融合性发展、二者走向有机融合的体系建构以及二者实现有机融合的现实指向。
