社会工作助力乡村文化建设困境与对策研究—基于广州市S 村的个案探析

Research on the Challenges and Countermeasures of Social Work in Supporting Rural Cultural Construction: A Case Study of S Village in Guangzhou City

Promoting rural cultural construction is an important task and value pursuit in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and it is also the only way to achieve the goal of rural revitalization. Rural culture is an important driving force for the development of rural economy, indispensable in the construction of rural civilization, and an important foundation for the construction of beautiful countryside. The practical experience of social work intervention in S Village, Guangzhou City shows that adhering to cultural construction as the foundation, attaching importance to the excavation of villagers’ intrinsic motivation, and synchronously building material civilization and spiritual civilization are important paths to promote rural cultural construction. The practical experience of S Village also shows that the current rural cultural revitalization is facing three major challenges: the lack of inheritors, the decline of influence, and the intensification of external development challenges. It is suggested to optimize the construction path of social work participation in rural cultural revitalization from the perspectives of government, policies, and empowerment.

推进乡村文化建设是乡村振兴战略实施的重要任务和价值追求，也是实现乡村振兴目标的必由之路。乡村文化是乡村经济发展的重要助力，在乡风文明建设中不可或缺，是和美乡村建设的重要基础。社会工作介入广州市S 村的案例实践经验表明，坚持文化建设为本，重视村民内生动力挖掘，物质文明与精神文明同步建设是促进乡村文化建设的重要路径。S 村的实践经验也表明当前乡村文化振兴面临着传承主体缺失、影响力式微、发展外部挑战加剧等三大挑战，建议从政府、政策及赋能三个视角优化社会工作参与乡村文化振兴的建设路径。
