山东省与非洲国家公共卫生领域交流合作：现状评估与对策思考

Exchange and Cooperation in the Field of Public Health Between Shandong Province and African Countries: Current Situation Assessment and Suggestion Exploration

The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of exchanges and cooperation between Shandong Province and African countries in the field of public health, analyze the existing problems, and put forward relevant suggestions. Through literature review and data analysis, it is found that Shandong Province has played a positive role in the medical aid work in Africa, providing important support and help to African countries. Such exchanges and cooperation not only promote the development of public health undertakings in African countries, but also enhance Shandong’s reputation in the international health field. However, at the same time, it is found that there are insufficient resources, cultural differences and language barriers, sustainable development problems and needs analysis problems in Shandong Province. We also found some problems. To address these issues, the team makes the following recommendations: More investment and partnerships are needed;Enhance communication and understanding with local people through cross-cultural training and translation support;Long-term planning, partnership building and proper financing;Through needs assessment and survey, we will work with local partners to identify project priority areas and needs to ensure that aid projects truly meet the actual local needs, so as to further optimize medical aid to Africa and make greater contributions to the public health cause of African countries.

本文探讨了山东省与非洲国家公共卫生领域的交流与合作现状，并对存在的问题进行分析，提出相关建议。通过文献综述和数据分析发现，山东省在援非医疗工作中发挥了积极的作用，为非洲国家提供了重要的支持和帮助。这种交流与合作不仅促进了非洲国家公共卫生事业的发展，也提升了山东省在国际卫生领域的声誉。然而山东省援非医疗还存在资源不足、文化差异和语言障碍、可持续发展和需求分析等问题。为解决这些问题，本文建议：加大投入和建立合作伙伴关系;通过跨文化培训和翻译支持，加强与当地人民的沟通和理解;长期规划、建立合作伙伴关系和妥善筹集资金;以及通过需求评估和调查，与当地合作伙伴共同确定项目优先领域和需求，确保援助项目真正满足当地的现实需求，以期可以进一步优化援非医疗工作，为非洲国家的公共卫生事业做出更大的贡献。
