建筑遗产旅游地的旅游者情感体验研究—以青岛德国建筑为例
A Study on Tourists’ Emotional Experience in Architectural Heritage Tourism Sites: The Case of German Architecture in Qingdao

Taking German architecture in Qingdao as an example, a questionnaire on cognitive and emotional experience evaluation was distributed to 184 samples with different historical backgrounds to explore the relationship between cognitive evaluation and emotional experience. The study found that: (1) There is a negative correlation between pleasant cognitive evaluation and negative emotional experience, and improving self-engagement can easily stimulate the generation of negative emotional experience. (2) Improving self-engagement and strengthening goal congruence have a positive effect on the positive emotional experience of the surprise dimension. (3) Emotional experience comes from tourists’ perception of cognitive evaluation and reacts to the next cognitive evaluation.
本研究以青岛德国建筑为例,向具备不同历史背景的184 个样本发放认知与情感体验评价问卷,以此探索认知评价与情感体验的关系。研究发现:(1)愉悦的认知评价与消极的情感体验呈现负相关关系,且提升自我投入容易刺激消极的情感体验的产生。(2)提升自我投入和强化目标一致性对于惊奇维度的积极情感体验产生具有正向作用。(3)情感体验与认知评价相互联系,情感体验来源于旅游者对认知评价的感知,并反作用于下一次的认知评价。
