본 연구에서는 한국건강가정진흥원의 다문화 이해교육 표준교육안 활용도를 높이기 위해 전문강사들의 요구를 반영 하고, 모듈로 구성된 커리큘럼을 분석하여 주요 대상별 중심 주제를 제안하였다. 전문강사들은 ‘나’를 포함한 다문화를 인식하도록 개념을 구조화할 수 있는 교육의 중요성을 강조하였으며, 강의의 전 과정에 문화 다양성, 감수성, 수용성을 기반으로 하고 상호 관계와 공존 사회를 인식하며, 시민 행동으로 이어질 수 있는 예시와 콘텐츠 배치를 중시하였다. 현장에서의 주요 교육 대상은 4그룹(유아동, 청소년, 성인 및 군인, 종사자 및 공무원)으로, 효율적인 강의 계획을 위한 가이드 제시가 필요하여 대상별 중심 주제를 제안하였다. 공통 주제는 ‘다문화 사회에서의 시민행동’이며, 대상의 특성과 교육 시간, 환경을 고려하여 선별적으로 구조화할 수 있는 중심 주제들을 제시하였다.
This study aimed to enhance the utilization of the Korea Healthy Family Support Center’s standardized multicultural education curriculum by incorporating the needs of professional instructors and analyzing the modular curriculum to propose key topics for different target groups. Professional instructors emphasized the importance of structuring education to help individuals recognize multiculturalism, including self-awareness. They also stressed the need to base the entire lecture process on cultural diversity, sensitivity, and acceptance while emphasizing content placement and examples that promote mutual relationships, coexistence in society, and civic actions. The main target groups in the field were divided into four categories (children, adolescents, adults, including military personnel, and employees and public officials), highlighting the necessity of guidelines for efficient lecture planning. The common theme proposed was ‘Civic Action in a Multicultural Society,’ with key topics tailored to the characteristics, educational duration, and environment of each group.
