대학생의 성인애착과 자살사고 간 관계에서 자기수용과 우울의 이중매개효과

The dual mediating effect of self-acceptance and depression in the relationship between adult attachment and suicidal ideation in college students

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 성인애착과 자살사고 간 관계에서 자기수용과 우울의 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 최종모형의 각 경로 추정치를 확인한 결과, 대학생의 회피애착은 자기수용, 우울, 자살사고에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 불안애착은 자기수용, 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기수용은 우울에 부적 영향을 미치고, 우울은 자살사고에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Bootstrapping을 실시한 결과, 회피애착과 자살사고 간 관계에서 우울은 단일매개효과, 자기수용과 우울은 순차적 이중매개효과가 나타났다. 또한 불안애착과 자살사고 간 관계에서도 우울은 단일매개효과, 자기수용과 우울은 순차적 이중매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 성인애착과 자살사고 간 관계에서 이를 매개하는 심리적 기제를 보다 구체적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 제언을 논의하였다.

This study was conducted to verify the dual mediation effect of self-acceptance and depression in the relationship between adult attachment and suicidal ideation in college students. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of confirming each path estimate of the final model, it was found that college students' avoidance attachment had a significant positive effect on self-acceptance, depression, and suicidal ideation, and anxiety attachment had an effect on self-acceptance and depression. In addition, self-acceptance had a negative effect on depression, and depression had a positive effect on suicidal ideation. Second, as a result of conducting bootstrapping, it was found that depression had a single mediation effect in the relationship between avoidance attachment and suicidal ideation, and self-acceptance and depression had a sequential dual mediation effect. In addition, depression had a single mediation effect in the relationship between anxiety attachment and suicidal ideation, and self-acceptance and depression had a sequential dual mediation effect. This study is significant in that it more specifically revealed the psychological mechanism that mediates the relationship between college students' adult attachment and suicidal ideation. Based on the results of the study, implications and suggestions were discussed.
