Study on the Collaborative Innovation of Bohai Rim Free Trade Zone Based on Evolutionary Game

With the deepening of economic globalisation, regional cooperation and joint innovation have become an inevitable requirement for promoting economic development. As an important economic region in the north, the Bohai Rim is both an important part of the national FTZ strategy and an important engine of regional economic growth. This paper selects five FTZs in the Bohai Rim as the research object, chooses the parameters of initial cooperation willingness, cooperation risk, government subsidies or rewards, government penalties and opportunity benefits, constructs the tripartite evolutionary game model of BeijingTianjinHebei FTZ, Shandong FTZ and Liaoning FTZ, and explores the cooperative innovation competition relationship among FTZs in the Bohai Rim and the factors influencing the cooperation attitude. The results show that: whether FTZs cooperate in collaborative innovation is influenced by several factors; the initial willingness has an important impact on the outcome of cooperation, and the willingness to cooperate and the strategy choices of FTZs influence each other; the level of economic development affects the discourse power and influence in the game process.
