4차 산업혁명 시대의 대학강의 디지털화 : 온라인 협업도구를 중심으로

Digital Transformation of University Lectures in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution : Focusing on Online Collaboration Tools

팬데믹 이후 대학 강의의 디지털화가 가속화되었으며, 팬데믹 종식 이후에도 기존 강의 방식으로의 회귀 가능성은 낮아 보인다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 현 시점에서 동시대 과학기술의 급속한 변화를 대학 강의에 수용하는 것이 필수적이고 당위적인 문제인지 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2022년부터 2024년까지 D대학에서 에듀테크를 도입하여 진행한 교양 강의의 사례를 분석하였으며, 교수자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있고 학습 효과가 입증된 에듀테크 도구를 선정하여 온라인 협업도구와 온라인 제작 도구로 구분하였다. 본 논문에서는 우선 직관적인 사용자 인터페이스와 디자인을 갖추고, 강의 운영의 효율성과 긍정적인 학습 효과를 증진시킬 수 있는 온라인 협업 도구에 대해 논의하였다. 구체적으로, 에듀테크 도구 중 1) 잼보드, 2) 알로, 3) 패들렛의 기능과 활용 방법을 실제 강의 사례를 통해 소개하며, 이들 도구의 강의 도입에 따른 긍정적인 변화와 개선사항을 검토하여 에듀테크 도구의 효용성과 도입의 타당성을 평가하고자 한다.

The digital transformation of university lectures has accelerated since the pandemic, and the likelihood of returning to pre-pandemic teaching methods appears low. This study examines whether it is essential and justifiable to incorporate rapid advancements in contemporary science and technology into university lectures in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To this end, cases of liberal arts courses at University D from 2022 to 2024 that integrated educational technology (EdTech) were analyzed. EdTech tools that were convenient for instructors and demonstrated effective learning outcomes were selected and categorized into online collaboration tools and online creation tools. This paper first discusses online collaboration tools that feature intuitive user interfaces and designs, enhancing the efficiency of lecture management and promoting positive learning outcomes. Specifically, it introduces the functionalities and applications of EdTech tools such as 1) Jamboard, 2) Allo, and 3) Padlet through actual lecture examples. The paper aims to evaluate the effectiveness of these EdTech tools by analyzing the positive changes observed in lectures following their implementation.
