This art form integrates multiple performance techniques and features a wide range of traditional plays, including historical stories, myths, legends, and folk jokes, showcasing its profound cultural and artistic value. This paper systematically studies Bao Feng Puppet Theatre, analyzing its historical development and current status through interviews and surveys. The paper further explores its unique artistic features from aspects such as performance style and character portrayal. Additionally, it proposes strategies for the inheritance and innovation of Bao Feng Puppet Theatre in modern society, aiming to promote the innovative development of this traditional art and provide references for its sustainable inheritance.
