乡村振兴背景下农村籍大学生返乡就业的现实困境及对策研究

Against the backdrop of the deep advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, rural areas are facing an urgent need for high-quality and professional talent. As a group equipped with modern scientific knowledge and a deep connection to rural communities, rural-origin college students serve as a vital driving force for rural revitalization. Their return plays a crucial role in activating the internal development potential of rural areas and promoting urban-rural integration. This study focuses on the group of rural-origin college students, analyzing the multifaceted obstacles they encounter when deciding to return to their hometowns for employment. It proposes a comprehensive five-pronged support system involving individuals, families, universities, governments, and society. The aim is to encourage rural-origin college students to return for employment, thereby providing strong intellectual support and talent assurance for the comprehensive realization of rural revitalization goals. This study further enriches and deepens the theoretical and practical research on rural revitalization.

在乡村振兴战略深入推进的背景下,农村地区面临着对高素质、专业化人才的迫切需求。农村籍大学生作为兼具现代科学知识和乡土情怀的群体,是乡村振兴的重要生力军,其回归对于激活乡村发展内生动力、促进城乡融合发展具有重要意义。本文聚焦于农村籍大学生这一群体,通过深入剖析农村籍大学生在返乡就业抉择时面临的多维度现实障碍,针对性地构建个人、家庭、高校、政府、社会五位一体的全方位支持体系,以期促进农村籍大学生返乡就业,为全面实现乡村振兴战略目标提供坚实的智力支撑与人才保障,进一步丰富和深化乡村振兴的理论与实践研究。
