应用型人才培养背景下地方本科院校教育改革策略探究

Exploration on the Educational Reform Strategy of Local Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Application-oriented Talent Training

In recent years, it has become increasingly difficult for graduates of local undergraduate colleges to find employment. The reason is that the training of talents in universities and the demand for talents in society have been misaligned.Therefore, the reform of education and teaching in higher education institutions is imperative.Application-oriented talent training should become the reform goal of local undergraduate colleges and universities. At present,there is a gap between the training mode of local undergraduate colleges and the application-oriented talent training model,which has unclear talent training positioning,unscientific talent training methods,and lack of corresponding teaching support and guarantee. The reason is that the development of local undergraduate colleges has relatively blind experience reference, teacher assessment focuses on scientific research,and teachers’ own practical ability is limited. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen learning,research-industry cooperation, schools, enterprises and governments to form strategic alliances, diversified training - the implementation of professional curriculum modularization,practical ability training - strengthen job experience,help students formulate their own career planning and other multi-path to improve students’ practical ability,and provide a bridge for application-oriented talents to acquire knowledge ability.

近年来,地方本科院校毕业生就业愈发困难。根源是高校人才培养与社会人才需求产生了错位。因此,高等教育院校教育教学改革势在必行。应用型人才培养理应成为当前地方本科院校的改革目标。当前地方本科院校培养模式与应用型人才培养模式存在着人才培养定位不明、人才培养方式不科学、缺乏相应的教学支持和保障的差距。究其原因,地方本科院校的发展存在着经验借鉴较为盲目,教师考核偏重于科研,教师自身实践能力有限等原因。因此,应该从加强学研产合作,学校、企业、政府形成战略联盟,多元化培养——施行专业课程模块化,实践能力培养——强化岗位体验,帮助学生制定适合自己的职业生涯规划等多路径提升学生实践能力,为应用型人才提供获取知识能力的桥梁。
